چکیده

Abstract Responses of three tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) hybrids viz. 'Luanova', 'Savarona' and 'Tessera' to various doses (0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 2.0 g L-1) soil application humic acid (HA) were evaluated in terms plant growth, productivity quality fruits, under greenhouse conditions, during 2011-12 2012-13. In addition improved characteristics, higher values for yield components recorded fruits harvested from plants cultivar compared those other tested, regardless growing seasons. Plants 'Luanova' were, however, earlier fruiting with number per plant. Soil HA presented positive effects on physicochemical irrespective the dose investigated, both at L-1 exhibited better results all cultivars their vegetative reproductive significantly fruits. Conclusively, hybrid was found suitable cultivation conditions while aqueous solution @ substantially resulted production

Evaluation of Agronomic Attributes of Canola Cultivars under Different Plant Densities and Application of Humic Acid

To investigate the effect of humic acid application on agronomic characteristics of canola (Brassica napus L.) genotypes in different plant densities, a factorial split-plot experiment was performed using a randomized complete block design with three replications in the Seed and Plant Improvement Institute, Karaj, Iran. Plant density at three levels of 40, 60 and 80 plants/m2 and humic acid at ...

Physiological Responses of Some Rootstocks and Interspecific Hybrids of Pistachio to Cold Stress under Greenhouse Conditions

Cold is an environmental factor limiting the growth and yield of agricultural crops. To find cold-tolerant pistachio rootstocks, a factorial experiment was conducted at Pistachio Research Center (PRC), Rafsanjan, Iran during 2017-2018. The factors included six rootstocks (Badami Zarand, Ghazvini, Sarakhs, Integerrima × Badami Zarand, Integerrima × Ghazvini and Integerrima × Sarakhs) and four th...

Physiological responses of two tomato (Lycopersicun esculentum M.) cultivars to Azomite fertilizer under drought stress.

This study was conducted in order to investigate the effect of drought stress and Azomite fertilizer on some physiological traits of two tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum M.) cultivars (izmir and Izabella). A randomized complete design with factorial arrangement with three replications was used. Treatments consisted of three levels of irrigation including FC (control), FC (mild drought stress), a...

Effect of Soil Application of Humic Acid and Fluvic Acid on Agronomic traits of Barley

One of the most important issues affecting environmental health and sustainable food production is application of organic fertilizers instead of chemical fertilizers. This study set out to investigate the effect of application of soil humic acid and fulvic acid on barley plant. To this end a factorial experiment was carried out on the basis of randomized complete block design with four replicat...
